What your player will work on
Ball Handling
Dribbling fundamentals, change of direction, and advanced handle drills to beat defenders off the dribble.
Shooting Mechanics
Proper form, catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble shooting, and finishing at the rim with both hands.
Footwork & Agility
Pivoting, jab steps, drop steps, and defensive slides — the building blocks of elite movement on the court.
Passing & Court Vision
Chest passes, bounce passes, skip passes, and reading the defense to make the right play every time.
Defensive Fundamentals
Stance, positioning, on-ball defense, help defense, and boxing out — winning starts on defense.
Game Situations
Live drills, small-sided games, and competitive scenarios that translate directly to game day performance.

Common questions
What parents ask before signing up
Do I need to be in the Boca Basketball league to attend a clinic?
No — clinics are open to all players regardless of whether they are registered in the Boca Basketball league. Any player in the eligible grade range is welcome.
Can my child attend multiple sessions?
Yes — and we encourage it. Each session builds on the last. Register separately for each date you'd like to attend. The more sessions your player attends, the more improvement you'll see.
Who coaches the clinics?
Clinics are led by local high school basketball coaches from the Boca Raton area — the same coaches who develop players at the prep level every day.
What should my child bring?
Athletic shoes (indoor court shoes preferred), comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a basketball if they have one. All court equipment is provided.
Where exactly is Olympic Heights High School?
Olympic Heights Community High School is located at 20101 Lyons Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33434. Parking is available on site.
Is there a refund if my child can't make it?
Please contact us at admin@bocabasketball.com as soon as possible if your child cannot attend a registered session.
